Job Description & Responsibilities

Eastwood International School is inviting applications for the position of PGT Social Science. We are looking for a qualified, passionate and experienced educator to teach senior secondary students, develop subject understanding, and prepare students for academic success. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge in relevant Social Science disciplines, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons.

Desired Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant Social Science subject, such as History, Geography, Political Science or Economics, as applicable to the teaching assignment. B.Ed. qualification preferred or required according to applicable school and recruitment norms. 2–5 years of relevant teaching experience. Strong subject knowledge and communication skills. Proficiency in lesson planning, assessment and classroom management. Familiarity with curriculum requirements and modern teaching methods. A student-focused approach and commitment to academic excellence.
